What is the easiest way to learn how to read sheet music and guitar tabs?

3rd August 2010

I’ve tried to figure it out but usually it’s to tough to remember. If there’s anything that would help me understand it better that would be great!

http://www.wikihow.com/Read-Guitar-Tabs – is a good article to learn tabs from. Tabs are very easy to learn but don’t show any rhythm. To read music is a different story. Studying is the only way to get good at it. Here’s a tutorial site to help – http://www.tutorials.com/09/0917/0917.asp

Good luck and stick with it!

practice is the obvious answer. However i have seen some new stuff come out that makes it look like guitar hero. This is a special program for learning guitar. The actual name of the company escapes me at the moment though.
