Will getting an acoustic guitar set up fix fret buzz?

Hi, I just got a new acoustic guitar and it has really bad fret buzz, I was wondering, If I took it in to get it set up, will that get rid of the fret buzz? Thanks.

Yes. A setup will look at all factors that affect the action. They’ll adjust your neck relief (truss rod adjust) bridge height and nut height to get the best action without fret buzz.
