What might it cost to have a right handed acoustic guitar set up for a lefty?
i know it would be easier just to buy a lefty guitar but there’s not much of a selection out there!
NO! Don’t do it.
You will be better off to buy a lefty guitar.
The reason you can’t do it is that you will have to replace the nut, because the grooves won’t be the right width to accommodate the strings.
Also the angle of the saddle can’t be changed without either plugging the slot in the old bridge and re-routing the bridge on the opposite angle, or replacing the bridge altogether. If you don’t change the angle of the saddle you’ll never be able to tune your guitar.
The interior bracing will also be backwards to a lefty guitar.

I’m a lefty guitarist and I know what you mean by not much of a selection.I don’t know how much it would cost but I just took all the strings off and put them on the other way myself. I takes maybe half an hour and its not hard and it’s free

To do it right, it would be very costly, so much so that you’d be better off getting a custom made lefty guitar. If you just swapped the strings around, be prepared to adjust your action and setup of the guitar majorly.
