How to set up an electric guitar?

Where can I find a good guide for guitar set up?
I wouldn’t recommend doing a set up yourself unless you absolutely know what you’re doing. And based on the fact that you’re asking for a guide to help you tells me you have no idea how to set up a guitar. You risk messing up your guitar beyond repair if you do it yourself. Take it to a luthier and let them do it. It’s better to let a professional do it and pay for it then to do it yourself and mess up your guitar.

What? There’s four steps
1. get guitair
2. get cord
3. plug all into amp.
4. turn on power and play.

use (youtube). Type in "How to set intonation" and go from there. They will give u step by step instructions on how to set up your electric guitar.
